Estrio – Exchange Policy

At Estrio, we focus on delivering premium quality products while maintaining clear and fair policies. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

All orders placed on Estrio are final.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns & No Refunds

Estriø does not provide returns or refunds after delivery.

However, we do offer exchanges in specific cases as outlined below.

Eligible Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

• Size concerns

• Manufacturing defects

• Damaged item received

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Any request submitted after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be considered.

Exchange Procedure

To request an exchange, please email support@estrio.in with:

• Order ID

• Reason for exchange (size issue or defect)

• Required size (if applicable)

• Clear images in case of damage or defect

Our team will review the request before approval.

If approved:

• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 1–3 business days, where serviceable.

• If pickup is unavailable in your location, the product must be self-shipped within 5 days of approval.

• Please include your Order ID and Exchange Reference inside the package.

Exchange Charges

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, all exchanged products undergo a strict inspection process upon return.

An exchange processing fee of ₹250 will be applicable.

If the item is not returned in its original packaging, an additional ₹150 handling charge will apply.

Exchanges will only be processed after the product passes our quality assessment. Estriø reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange based on this inspection.

 Exchange Eligibility Conditions

An exchange request may be rejected if:

• The product has been worn or used

• The product is returned damaged (not due to manufacturing defect)

• Tags are missing

• The product is not in its original condition

Only approved exchanges will be processed and dispatched, subject to stock availability.
